The Eye Is You From the extremely disturbing opening sample to the very last “note” this is some of the heaviest shit out there. What Fluids achieves in minimalism is so crushing that there’s no need for 40 riffs per song when you can just write one good one. Not Dark Yet might fly under the radar to the metal masses but it’s already got a top spot on my best of 2021 lists for sure. All hail Fluids!! Favorite track: Humanity Reviled.
